A headset browser session and an immersive WebXR session are different experiences. Browser versions, permissions, and device capabilities affect which controls are available. Test the invitation and viewing mode before your scheduled call.
Use the browser workflow
There is no native CallPano Quest app to install. Open the room invitation in the headset browser.

Check the host feed
A host must supply full panoramic output for you to explore the surrounding scene. A regular webcam remains a flat view.
A live camera view, not a scanned virtual world
A panorama shows the environment from the host camera's current position. Turning your view is not the same as walking through a 3D model, and the image does not establish depth measurements. Choose the viewing mode that is comfortable for you.

Test an Insta360 X4 or X5 through a compatible webcam mode that supplies full panoramic output, not just a flat webcam feed. Camera firmware, computer, and browser compatibility matter. Once the panorama is working, guests can look around independently.

Can I walk freely through a 3D version of the space?
A live panorama is viewed from the host camera position. It is not a navigable spatial scan or a promise of six-degrees-of-freedom movement.
