Frequently asked questions
Can guests explore different rooms at the same time?
They can choose different directions within the current live panorama, but cannot move independently to other camera locations. The agent guides the route.
What equipment should the agent test?
An Insta360 X4 or X5 setup needs a compatible webcam mode that supplies full panoramic output. A flat webcam feed is not enough for interactive 360° viewing. Verify the camera, firmware, computer, and browser together before use.
Do buyers need accounts or headsets?
Guests can use an invitation in a supported browser without a CallPano account. Headsets are optional, not required.
How many buyers can attend?
Attendance limits depend on the plan. Review Pricing and allow for the host and other participants when planning the open house.
Does this replace a property inspection?
No. Live video is a discussion aid and does not replace inspections, verified measurements, disclosures, or an in-person visit when needed.
